银杏叶中槲皮素黄酮苷类抗紫外线作用的研究

摘    要:小鼠肝细胞接受不同剂量的紫外线照射后,线粒体的结构和功能受到不同程度的损伤,而且具有明显的剂量效应,这种损伤主要表现在脂质过氧化程度增大以及由此导致的线粒体膜流动性下降和细胞色素C氧化酶(CCO)活力的降低。从银杏叶中提取的槲皮素黄酮苷类可以显著抑制线粒体的这种变化,从而保护紫外线引起的线粒体的结构和功能的损伤。

Abstract:When mouse liver cells were irradiated with different doses of UV radiation, the structures and functions of cell mitochondria were found to be effected, dose dependently, to varies degrees. The effects mainly resulted in an increase of degree of lipid peroxidation, and a decrease of the fluidity of mitochondrial membrane and the activity of cytochrome C oxidase. Quercitrin, extracted from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. showed a marked protective effect on the function of mitochondria before incubating with UV irradiation.
