超声引导下经皮盐酸局部注射治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

目的：观察超声引导下经皮盐酸局部注射治疗肝癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法：20例原发性肝癌患者采用B超引导下局部注射6mmol/L稀盐酸,观察病灶原位灭活率、影像学、组织学改变、不良反应及生存率。结果：直径〈3cm、3cm-5cm,〉5cm肿瘤的治疗有效率分别为100%、88.9%、50%;半年生存率100%,1年生存率80%。主要副作用为局部疼痛、发热,无严重不良反应发生。结论：超声引导下经皮盐酸局部注射治疗原发性肝癌是一种安全、有效的治疗手段。

Clinical study of ultrasonography mediated percutaneous hydrochioric acid injection threapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective：To evaluate the effects and safety of ultrasonography mediated percutaneous hydrochioric acid injection threapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods：Twenty patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated intratumor or injection of 6 mmol/L hydrochloric acid.The in situ destructive rate,imaging and histopathology evaluation,side effects and survival rate were observed.Results：The efficiency rates of tumor diameter ≤3cm,3cm-5cm,5cm were 100%,88.9%,50%,respectively.The overall survival rates at 6 mouths,1 year were 100%,80%,respectively.Complications included pain and fever,and no severe complication was found.Conclusion：The ultrasonography mediated percutaneous hydrochioric acid injection threapy is a effective and safe method for treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
