| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨核转录因子Spl在肾透明细胞癌（renal clear cell carcinoma,RCCC）组织中的表达特征和临床意义。方法：用免疫组织化学PV-6000法,检测59例RCCC和11例正常肾脏组织中Spl的表达,分析其与肿瘤分级和分期的关系。结果：Spl在RCCC组织中阳性表达率为71.2%（42/59）,明显高于正常肾组织的18.2%（2/11）。Sp1蛋白阳性表达与RCCC的组织学分级和临床分期正相关。结论：转录因子Spl可作为一个新的与RCCC发生、发展密切相关的生物学标记物。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the expression of transcription factor Spl in renal clear cell carcinoma（RCCC） and its clinical significance.Methods： By using immunohistochemical PV-6000 method to study the expressed level of Spl in 59 cases of RCCC and 11 cases of normal renal specimen.Results： The positive expression rate of Spl protein（71.2%） in RCCC was significantly higher than that in normal renal tissue（18.2%）,and the positive expressed level of Spl was closely related to pathological grading and TNM stages of RCCC.Conclusion： Spl may act as a new biological marker that closely related to the carcinogenesis and progression of RCCC. |
