局部晚期乳腺癌的治疗体会

目的：观察85例III期乳腺癌患者治疗的疗效,寻找提高疗效的策略。方法：2003年6月至2005年12月85例III期乳腺癌患者接受了外科手术治疗,根据是否接受新辅助化疗分为手术组（41例）和新辅助化疗组（44例）,比较两组的手术性质及治疗结果。结果：新辅助化疗组的无病生存期为59.1个月,明显高于手术组的43.1个月（P〈0.05）,新辅助化疗组的5年无病生存率为36.16%,手术组为34.14%（P〉0.05）。结论：局部晚期乳腺癌患者接受新辅助化疗后手术可提高无病生存时间,值得临床推广。

The treatment experience of locally advanced breast cancer

Objective：To analyze the effect of 85 cases of stage III breast cancer.Methods： From June 2003 to December 2005,85 patients with operable stage III breast cancer received surgical operation.They were divided into two groups according to treatment.Operation group（n=41） and preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy group（n=44）.The operative quality and curative outcome were compared between these groups.Results： The disease free survival time of neoadjuvant chemotherapy group was 59.4 months which was obviously longer than that of operation group 43.1 months（P0.05）.The 5-year disease free survival rate of the patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 36.16%,which was little higher than（34.14%） the patients of operation group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Compared with operation group,neoadjuvant chemotherapy can obviously improve DFS time in patients with operable locally advanced breast cancer.
