| 摘 要： | 目的：通过检测胃癌组织中Livin、Ki-67表达与其临床病理指标的关系，探讨两者表达的相关性芨在癌变发生发展中的意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法测定Livin、Ki-67在40例胃癌中的表达，分析与胃癌临床病理指标的关系。结果：Livin和Ki-67与淋巴结转移、分化程度有统计学关联（P〈0．05）；与性别、年龄、不同浸润深度、不同临床分期间无关（P〉0．05）。Livin、Ki-67在胃癌组织中的表达无关联（P〉0．05）。结论：Livin、Ki-67可能有助于判断胃癌的恶性程度及进展情况，对于胃癌手术的根治和术后化疗有一定指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the Livin, Ki -67 expression in gastric cancer in and its clinical significance. Methods： To determine Livin, Ki -67 in 40 cases of gastric cancer by immunohistochemistry. Results： Livin and Ki - 67 were related to lymph node metastasis, （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; on relation with gender, age, depth of invasion, clinical stages （P 〉 0.05 ）. Livin, Ki - 67 expression in gastric cancer was not related （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Livin, Ki - 67 may help determine the degree of malignancy of gastric cancer and the progress of gastric cancer. |
