| 摘 要： | 周细胞是一种多能细胞,可以向骨、软骨等组织分化;具有收缩能力,从而调节微环境的灌流量和通透性;还能和内皮细胞相互作用,参与血管形成和创伤愈合。周细胞的功能失调和许多微血管疾病以及肿瘤的扩散相关。一直以来,对周细胞的存在以及功能有所忽略,最近才对其有一定的认识。本文就周细胞的定位、结构、标记物、功能、相关的信号通路以及在肿瘤中所起的作用做一简单的介绍。

| Abstract: | Pericyte is a pluripotent cell,which can provide a variety of cell differentiation;Also with a contraction,thereby regulating micro-environment of the irrigation flow and permeability;Even,the dysfunction of pericytes,also,concerned with an many microvascular diseases and the diffusion of tumor.For a long time,the existence and function of pericytes have been neglected,recently,caused most of the attention of scholars.In this paper,the positioning of pericytes,structure,marker,function,related signaling pathways as well as the role on tumor will be introduced. |
