白英乙醇提取物对人卵巢癌HO8910细胞体外生长的抑制作用

摘    要:目的:观察中药白英提取物对体外培养卵巢癌HO8910细胞的作用。方法:体外培养卵巢癌HO8910细胞,实验分正常对照组、顺铂组及白英乙醇提取物组。采用MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率,荧光显微镜观察HO8910细胞凋亡及形态变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,白英提取物组对HO8910细胞的增殖有抑制作用(P〈0.05),且呈明显的时效和量效关系;低剂量STE可增强顺铂(DDP)对HO8910细胞的抑制作用并使细胞凋亡显著增多,表现为细胞核固缩、染色质凝集、边聚等。结论:白英提取物能剂量依赖性地抑制HO8910细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Solanum lyratum Thunb extracts(STE)on HO8910 ovarian cancer cells.Methods:HO8910 cells were treated with extracts of S.lyratum,with cisplatin treatment as positive control.MTT assay was used to evaluate the cell growth rate.Morphological changes and apoptosis of HO8910 cells were observed under fluorescence microscope.Results:As compared with control group,the cell proliferation inhibitory rate and apoptosis rate of HO8910 cells were increased obviously in S.lyratum treatment groups(P0.05).STE could also elevate the sensitivity of HO8910 cells to Cisplatin(DDP).Obvious morphological change of the HO8910 cells represented as the nuclear shrinkage,chromatin condensation and margination.Conclusion: Extract of S.lyratum can dose-dependent induced apoptosis and inhibit proliferation.
