| 摘 要： | 目的分析100例细菌感染性疾病患者中性粒细胞VCS参数的变化,了解其临床应用价值。方法利用Beckman-Coulter LH750全自动血液分析仪的细胞体积(V)、高频电流传导(C)、激光散射(S)技术来测定100例细菌感染患者和100例健康体检者的中性粒细胞体积(NEV)、中性粒细胞核浆比例(NEC)、中性粒细胞颗粒大小及密度(NES)。结果感染组的NEV较健康对照组显著增高,NES明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而NEC则无明显改变。结论中性粒细胞VCS参数可作为细菌感染辅助诊断指标之一。 |
