阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支气管炎的疗效观察

[背景 ]观察阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支气管炎的疗效 .[病例报告 ]选择难治性支气管炎 44例 ,随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,治疗组静脉点滴阿奇霉素 ,5d为 1个疗程 ,对照组按常规疗法 (青霉素或先锋霉素加雾化吸入 )治疗 5d后观察疗效 .结果 ,治疗组治愈率为 91% ,总有效率为 10 0 % ,而对照组治愈率为 5 5 % ,总有效率为 77% ,两组间有显著性差异 .[讨论 ]阿奇霉素治疗难治性支气管炎的疗效显著

Observation of therapeutic effects of Azithromycin for refractory bronchitis of children

BACKGROUNDTo observe the curative effects of Azithromycin for refractory bronchitis of children.CASE REPORT44 cases of refractory bronchitis were selected and divided randomly into two groups, treatment and control groups. The treatment group was treated with Azithromycin once one day for 5 days and the control group was treated with routine therapeutics (penicilline or cephalothin add aerosol inhalation) for 5 days, and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. The cure rate of treatment group was 91% and total effective rate was 100%, whereas the cure rate of control group was 55% and total effective rate was 77%, and there was significant difference between the two groups.DISCUSSIONAzithromycin has obvious effects for the refractory bronchitis.
