| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨了肝硬化患者血清TSGF和CA199水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析测定51例肝硬化患者血清CA199含量,光电比色法测定TSGF含量,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:肝硬化患者血清TSGF和CA199含量均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),且与血清中AFP含量呈明显的正相关。结论:测定肝硬化患者血清中TSGF和CA199含量对临床诊断和治疗均具有重要的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of changes of serum TSGF and CA199 levels in patients with hepatic cirrhosis.Methods Serum CA199 levels(with RIA) and TSGF levels(with biochemical method) were determined in 51 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and 35 controls.Results Serum TSGF and CA199 levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01) and were positive correlated with the AFP levels(P<0.01).Conclusion The higher TSGF/AFP levels in patients with cirrhosis might indicate possible tendency toward malignant changes. |
