黄秋葵石油醚部位化学成分的研究Ⅱ

摘    要:目的:对黄秋葵石油醚部位的化学成分进行分离和鉴定.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从黄秋葵石油醚部位分离得到14个化合物,分别为6-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),6β-羟基豆甾-4,22-二烯-3-酮(2),3β-羟基豆甾-烯-7-酮(3),3β-羟基豆甾-5,22-二烯-7-酮(4),豆甾-5-烯-3β,7β-二醇(5),豆甾-5,22-二烯-3β,7β-二醇(6),豆甾-4,22-二烯-3,6-二酮(7),豆甾-4,22-二烯-3-酮(8),麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(9),环阿尔廷-25-烯-3,24-二醇(10),羽扇豆醇(11),橙酰胺乙酸酯(12),豆甾醇(13),棕搁酸(14).结论:化合物1~12均为首次从该植物中得到,也为首次从本属植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective : To study the chemical constituents of Abelmoschus esculentus. Method : The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and recrystallization. The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Result : Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as 6-hydroxy-stigmasta-4-en-3-one( 1 ), 6-hydroxy-stigmasta-4,22-dien-3-one( 2 ), stigmasta-5-en-3-ol-7-one( 3 ), stigmasta-5,22-dien-3-ol-7-one( 4 ), stigmast-5-en- 3, 7-diol( 5 ), stigmast-5,22-dien-3,7-diol( 6 ), stigmast-4,22-dien-3,6-dione( 7 ), stigmasta-4,22-dien-3-one( 8 ), ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol( 9 ), cycloart-25-en-3,24-diol( 10 ), lupeol( 11 ), aurantiamide acetate( 12 ), stigmasterol( 13 ), hexadecanoic acid( 14 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1-12 are obtained from the genus Abelmoschus plant for the first time and also from the Malvaceae for the first time.
