| 摘 要： | 881消毒剂为新研制的卤素化学杀菌药物,经测定主要成份为二氯-碘异氰尿酸.杀菌试验证明,当其溶液中有效氯(碘)为50～100ppm,作用5～10分钟,可将细菌芽胞杀灭99.99%以上. |

| Abstract: | 881 is a disinfectant developed in China recently.Its main component was identified as dichloro-iodoisocyanuric acid by analysis with Ultraviolet spectrophotometer,infra-red spectrophotometer,element analyzer and mass spectrograph.Its 3～5 ppm(available chlo- rine and iodine)solution with a 2 min contact time could kill 99.99～100% of vegetative bac- teria,50～1000 ppm solution with a 5～10 min contact time could kill 99.99～100% of bacterial spore and 300 ppm solution with a 5 min contact time could inactivate HBsAg.It is stable,of low toxicity and effective in field trial. |
