票证消毒装置的研究

摘    要:研制的票证消毒装置用传送系统可将票证表面沾以消毒液并送入籍内作紫外线照射。经测定,以紫外线与HBA消毒液联合处理8秒钟对票证表面的细菌繁殖体与HBsAg有良好的灭活作用。箱内紫外线照射强度低于5,000μw/cm~2,细菌被有机物保护时,消毒作用有所下降。

Abstract:A disinfection device for bills based on synergetic action of ultraviolet radiation and HEA disinfectant (mainly containing chlorhexidine and ethyl alcohol) was developed. During disinfection, the bills were carried into the device sheet after sheet by a conveyer belt. Before getting out from the exit, their surfaces were moistened with the disinfectant and irradiated by ultraviolet ray (5700~7171 μW/cm~2) for 8 sec. It was determined that the synergetic action of the disinfectant and ultraviolet radiation could kill more than 99.9% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and inactivate HBsAg on surfaces of the bills. Treatment with either ultraviolet radiation or HEA disinfectant alone for 8 sec could not result in satisfactory disinfection.
