磷酸酯酶蛋白及血管内皮生长因子在肾癌中的表达

目的 观察10号染色体缺失且与张力蛋白同源的磷酸酯酶（PTEN）蛋白及血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在肾癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 采用免疫组化法检测48例肾癌中PTEN及VEGF蛋白的表达。结果 PTEN蛋白在癌旁组织及肾组织中的阳性率明显高于肾癌组织，而VEGF则相反。PTEN与VEGF蛋白表达呈负相关。结论 PTEN蛋白表达降低与肾癌的临床分期，淋巴结转移密切相关，且与VEGF呈负相关。联合检测PTEN和VEGF有助于提高肾癌侵袭转移能力的评估，并可作为判定肾癌生物学行为的客观指标。

Expressions of PTEN and VEGF in human renal cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expressions of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chormosome ten(PTEN) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in renal cell carcinoma, and the relationship between their expressions. Methods Fourty-eight cases of renal cell carcinoma were evaluated for PTEN and VEGF protein expression by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression level of PTEN in normal renal tissues and adjacent tissues of renal cell carcinoma was higher than that in renal cell carcinoma,while the positive expression level of VEGF in normal kidney was lower than that in renal cell carcinoma. There was a trend that PTEN expression was negatively correlated with VEGF. Conclusion Decreased expression of PTEN is markedly correlated with clinical classification of renal cell carcinoma and lymph node metastasis, and negatively correlated with the expression of VEGF. Combined detection of PTEN and VEGF may be helpful in evaluating the prognosis and infiltrative capability of renal cell carcinoma.
