摘    要:
左旋卡尼汀,又称肉碱,由哺乳动物体内自身合成。左旋卡尼汀的作用是协助长链脂酰辅酶A进入线粒体内膜,进行脂肪酸β-氧化提供能量,加速三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的产生,提高心肌细胞内ATP水平。许多研究表明,左旋卡尼汀可以改善缺血心肌的功能和促进能量代谢。

Abstract:
L-camitine, also called novain, is synthezised by mammal themselves. It helps long-chain acyl-CoA enter into mitochondrial inner membrane, supply energy for fatty acid carrying out β-oxiation and increasing the levels of the adenosine triphosphate in myocardial cell. Many researches showed that L-camiline can improve functions and energy metabolism of the ischemia myocardium.
