| 摘 要： | 目的探讨旋转数字剪影血管造影(DSA)三维重建(3D-DSA)在缺血性脑血管病中的应用价值。方法对256例缺血性脑血管病患者先行常规DSA造影,其中76例因发现病变或病变部分血管显示欠佳,行3D-DSA检查。结果 76例造影中,28例3D-DSA与常规DSA无显著差异,48例不同程度丰富或改变影像学诊断。结论在缺血性脑血管病造影与治疗中,3D-DSA可以从不同角度观察病变血管狭窄段的轮廓改变,准确判断狭窄程度和范围,是对常规DSA造影的重要补充。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of rotational three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA) in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Standard DSA was performed in 256 patients.Among them,3D-DSA was performed in 76 cases for positive results or unclear vessels.Results No significant difference between standard DSA and 3D-DSA was found in 28 cases.However,the results was enriched or changed in other 48 cases by 3D-DSA.Conclusion 3D-DSA can clearly display the profile and extend and scope of le... |
