重建交锁钉治疗同侧股骨颈并股骨干骨折的疗效观察

目的 探讨股骨重建交锁钉治疗同侧股骨颈并股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 1999年5月～2002年3月，采用股骨重建交锁钉治疗同侧股骨颈并股骨干骨折4例，开放复位1例，闭合复位3例。结果 随访3～37个月，平均21个月。3例患股骨颈股骨干骨折均已愈合，无股骨头坏死、骨不连、断钉等并发症发生。髋膝关节活动度正常。1例正在随访中。结论 股骨重建交锁钉是一种一期治疗同侧股骨颈并股骨干骨折的较好的方法，具有手术创伤小、骨折愈合快、可早期活动等优点。

Treatment of Reconstruction Nails for Ipsilateral Femoral Neck and Shaft Fractures

Objective To introduce the reconstruction nails for the treatment of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures.Methods From May 1999 to March 2002,4 cases of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures were treated with reconstruction nails(1 opened and 3 closed).The exercise without the early weight bearing was required for 1 week postoperatively.Results The mean follow-up period was 21 months, the femoral shaft and neck of 3 cases were healed without the evidence of vascular necrosis of the femoral head,the nonunion and the nail breakage.The movement range of hip and knee were normal.Conclusion With little trauma,rapid heal and early exercise, the reconstruction nail is a effective instrument for the treatment of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures at the same time.
