抑癌基因ING_1、P21/WAF_1、P53蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达

摘    要:目的: 研究ING1、P21 /WAF1、P53基因蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达、意义及相互关系。方法: 对 69例宫颈癌鳞状上皮组织、21例宫颈原位癌组织、18例宫颈不典型增生组织应用免疫组化法, 检测P33ING1、P21 /WAF1 和P53的表达情况,并选择 10例正常宫颈组织作对照。分析各指标间的相关性。结果: P33ING1在正常宫颈组织中表达全部为阳性, 而宫颈不典型增生组织中P33ING1的阳性表达率为 72 2% (13 /18); 宫颈原位癌组织中P33ING1的阳性表达率为 57 1% (11 /21); 宫颈浸润癌组织中P33ING1的阳性表达率为 59 4% ( 41 /69 )。PING1在原位癌、浸润癌的表达明显低于正常组织和不典型增生 (P<0 01 )。P33ING1与P21 /WAF1、P53表达有相关性 (P<0 01)。结论: ING1 是抑癌基因, 其蛋白P33ING1在宫颈癌中低表达, 对宫颈癌的发生、发展起重要作用。P33ING1、P21 /WAF1、P53表达具有相关性。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression, significance and correlation of P 33ING1 , P21/WAF 1 and P53 in cervical carcinoma Methods:The expression levels of P 33ING1 , P21/WAF 1 and P53 in 69 cases of squamous epithelium tissue in cervical carcinoma, 21 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ and 18 cases of cervical atypical hyperplastic tissue were determined with immunohistochemistry method and compared to those in 10 cases of normal cervical tissue The correlation among all indexes was analyzed Results:Positive rate of P 33ING1 expression in normal cervical tissue, atypical hyperplastic tissue, cervical carcinoma in situ and cervical invasive carcinoma was 100%, 72 2% (13/18), 57 1% (11/21) and 59 4% (41/69), respectively The expressions of P 33ING1 in carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma were significantly lower than those in normal tissue and atypical hyperplastic tissue ( P <0 01) There was correlation between P 33ING1 and P21/WAF 1, P53 expression Conclusion:As suppressor gene, P33ING1 could have lower expression in cervical carcinoma and play an important play in the occurring and development of cervical carcinoma The expression of P 33ING1 should be related to that of P21/WAF and P53
