| Abstract: | The paper aimed to study the training effect of systematic training pattern of nurses on continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT）. After application of standardized training module on CRRT nurses, the theoretical knowledge, operational skills and specialist competencies of CRRT nurses had improved. This pattern was practical and effective in promoting the development of CRRT nursing skills. |
