住院患者铜绿假单胞菌感染的抗菌药物应用分析

目的:通过调查铜绿假单胞菌感染患者的抗菌药物应用情况,加强医师合理用药意识,提高医院合理用药水平。方法:回顾性调查2006年铜绿假单胞菌感染患者87例的抗菌药物使用情况,分析评价用药合理性。结果:易感人群为老人,感染患者中以肺部感染、泌尿系感染居多。用药频度DDDs排列前6位的有头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢匹胺、氟康唑、头孢替安、左氧氟沙星。各类抗菌药物应用比例以头孢菌素类及加酶抑制剂最多、其次是碳青酶烯类和喹诺酮类。结论:治疗铜绿假单胞菌感染时,应根据药敏试验结果选药,结合患者病情合理应用抗菌药物。

Investigate and Analysis on Anti - infection Drug for Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Infection

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of antibiotics in patients infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa in order to strengthen physicians' attention to rational administration and to improve the rational drug use level in hospital.METHODS:The use of antibacterials in 87 cases pseudomonas aeruginosa infection was analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the rationality of drug use.RESULTS:Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection mostly occurred in old age,with lung infection and urinary tract infection showing the highest percentages.Dominating the first 6 places in terms of DDDs were cefoperazone /sulbactam,piperacillin /tazobactam,cefpiramide sodium,fluconazol,cefotiam,levofloxacin.Cephalosporins and enzyme inhibitors were dominantly used,followed by the carbapenem and fluoroquinolones.CONCLUSION:In treating the infection of pseudomonas aeruginosa,drug choice should be based on the susceptibility test results and the antibacterials should be used rationally according to patients' condition.
