摘    要:
目的:了解护士感知护士长变革型领导行为及护士个人创新行为的现况,明确二者之间的相关性。方法:随机抽样抽取哈尔滨市5所三级甲等综合医院700名护士,采用护士个人资料问卷、变革型领导风格调查问卷、多构面个人创新量表进行调查。结果:护士的个人创新行为整体上较高;变革型领导行为各维度均与个人创新行为的各维度呈正相关。结论:护理管理者应发挥变革型领导行为的积极作用,促进护士的创新行为。

The relationship of transformational leadership and innovative behaviors among nursing staff

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate transformational leadership behaviors of nurse managers and clinical nurses' individual innovative behavior, then analyze the relationship between them. Methods: A total of 700 nurses from 5 hospitals of Harbin were investigated with Transformational Leadership Questionnaire and multi-dimensional individual innovative behavior scale by random sampling method. Results: The nurses showed a high-level individual innovative behavior. The four dimensions of transformational leadership behavior were positively correlated with individual innovative behavior. Conclusion: The nursing managers' transformational leadership may influence the innovative behavior of nurses.
