剖宫产手术患者围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

目的对医院剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行统计、分析,评价用药合理性。方法运用抽样调查法、药物利用评价和药物频度分析法对抗菌药物应用进行回顾性统计分析与评价。结果130例手术患者全部使用了抗菌药物,用药频度较高的药品是奥硝唑、头孢替安、头孢唑林;相对用药频度DDD费用最高的品种为头孢替安、五水头孢唑林、奥硝唑等;术后抗菌药物一般用药3~4 d,术后无并发感染;联合用药率99.2%。结论目前存在的问题是剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物在术后的使用时间长、抗厌氧菌药物选用档次高、无指征使用三联、四联抗菌药物等;抗菌药物的使用应以《围手术期预防应用抗生素指南》为参照标准,优化抗菌药物使用。

Antibiotics Application in Caesarean-operation Patients During Perioperative Period
