| 摘 要： | 目的:评价以疏肝健脾利湿降浊法组方的保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法:确诊为脂肪肝120例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组服用保肝消脂冲剂,对照组服用东宝肝泰片,疗程为8周。结果:治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:以疏肝健脾利湿降浊法组方保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝的疗效强于东宝肝泰片,是治疗脂肪肝的有效药物。 |
