吸毒人群针具交换干预预防艾滋病传播的效果评价

目的探索针具交换对干预预防艾滋病在吸毒人群中传播的可行性，为全面开展针具交换干预工作提供经验和科学依据。方法在社区开展针具交换和健康教育活动；比较干预前后艾滋病知识知晓率、艾滋病传播危险行为学指标和HIV抗体阳性率，以评价干预效果。结果干预后吸毒人群的艾滋病知识知晓率比干预前高；干预后吸毒人群的艾滋病传播危险行为率和HIV抗体阳性率都比干预前低。结论在吸毒人群中开展针具交换有助于改变吸毒人群共用针具的危险行为，控制艾滋病传播。

Assessment of results of exchange of syringe among drug users in preventing the transmission of HIV/AIDS

Objective To explore effective measures for HIV/AIDS control among drug users and control the spread of HIV/ AIDS among drug users. Methods Community health education and interventon on exchanges of syringes were conducted among drug abusers in communities. The effectiveness of this program was evaluated by the changes in the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS,the high - risk behaviors of HIV infection rate and the HIV positive rate. Results The level of HIV/AIDS after intervention among drug users was higher than that before intervention. The rates of risk behavior and the positive rate of antibody to HIV were reduced after intervention. Conclusion Intervention on exachenge of syringes among drug users is an effective way to reduce the high - risk behaviors of HIV infection as sharingsyringes among the drug takers and thus attaining the goal of controlling the transmission of HIV.
