| 摘 要： | 为探讨人肝癌组织热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )的表达及意义 ,采用SABC法检测人肝癌组织HSP70的表达 ,图像分析HSP70在癌组织中的表达特点。结果显示 :2 5例肝癌组织中均存在HSP70的表达 ,不同癌组织存在胞质、胞膜和胞核表达强度及部位的差异。证实人肝癌组织存在HSP70的表达异质性 ,呈现了胞质、胞膜和胞核的表达差异 ,HSP70在人肝癌组织的表达特点为今后肿瘤抗原肽瘤苗的提取和实验研究作了铺垫。

| Abstract: | The objective was to study the expression of HSP70 in human hepatocarcinoma. HSP70 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry, and its characters were analyzed by CMIAS. Of 25 cases of HCC, all showed HSP70 positive staining, and the expression characters were different. The HSP70 expressed in HCC was heterogenous which was shown in the cytoplasm,cell membrane and nuclus.The expression of HSP70 in HCC will help the preparing of tumor vaccine. |
