| 摘 要： | 目的探讨核转录因子nuclear factor of kappa B，NF—KB）和白细胞介素4（Interleukin-4，IL-4）在尖锐湿疣组织中表达及其意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定24例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和19例健康对照者皮肤（包皮）NF-kBmRNA和IL-4mRNA的定量表达及其临床意义。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中NF—kBmRNA和IL-4mRNA的表达明显高于健康对照者皮肤的表达（P〈0．01）。尖锐湿疣患者皮损中NF—kBmRNA的表达与IL-4mRNA的表达呈显著相关性（r=0．43473，P=-0．0338）。结论NF—kBmRNA和IL，4mRNA的表达上调可能与尖锐湿疣发生、发展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the expression of nuclear factor of kappa B and vascular endothelial growth factor, and its relation to clinical characteristics in Condyloma acuminata. Methods Expression of NF-kB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA in 24 cases with Condyloma acuminata and 19 health control were measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR）. Results Expression of NF-KB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA in Condyloma acuminata was significantly higher than that in health control （P〈0.01）. Significant correlation in Condyloma acuminata were observed between expression of NF-kB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA （r=-0.43473, P=0.0338）. Conclusions The overexpression of NF-kB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA can play an important role in the development and process of Condyloma acuminata. |
