改良膀胱冲洗法在清除肾损伤所致膀胱内血块的效果评价

目的：探讨两种不同膀胱冲洗法在清除肾损伤膀胱血块的护理效果。方法将68例肾损伤致膀胱内血块堵塞的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用一次性甘油器联合吸痰管进行膀胱冲洗；对照组采用传统法进行膀胱冲洗。观察两组患者血块清除操作时间、插管次数、注入生理盐水总量、疼痛程度及持续时间、血块清除效果。结果两组患者在膀胱冲洗操作时间、插管次数、注入生理盐水总量、患者疼痛程度及持续时间比较差异均有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论采用一次性甘油器联合吸痰管膀胱冲洗法进行膀胱冲洗，操作简单、创伤少、能有效清除血块、减轻患者痛苦、提高护士工作效率，效果显著，值得推广。

The effect evaluation of improved bladder irrigation appliedfor clearing blood clots caused by renal injury

Objective To study the nursing effect of clearing blood clots of kidney injury by two different method . Method 68 patient with bladder blood clot blockage caused by kidney damage were randomly divided into observation group and control group .patients in observation group was given disposable Glycerin combined suction pipe to make the bladder irrigation .patients in control group apply a traditional one .the blood clot clearing in these two group of patients was observed and compared ,including operation time ,intubation times ,the total amount of saline injected , the extent and duration of pain and the result of blood clot removal .Result There was significant difference in the operation time ,intubation times ,total amount of saline injected ,the extent and duration of pain and the result of blood clot removal（P＆lt;0 .05） .Conclusion The application of disposable Glycerin combined suction tube in bladder ir-rigation is worth to be widely applied to effectively remove blood clot .It’s simple ,less invasive and alleviating pa-tients＆#39;suffering .It＆#39;s to improve nurses work＆#39;s efficiency and treatment effect .
