阿托伐他汀联合应用依折麦布的临床观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合应用依折麦布治疗严重高胆固醇血症患者的降脂疗效。方法42例严重高胆固醇血症患者用阿托伐他汀（20mg／d）治疗后，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）未达标的患者联合应用依折麦布（10mg／d），观察治疗12周后的血脂水平，并观察对天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）和肌酸激酶（cK）的影响。结果服用阿托伐他汀后，全部患者的总胆固醇（TC）、LDL—C和甘油三酯（TG）均明显降低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）明显上升，与用药前比较P〈0．01。联用依折麦布后，TC、LDL—C、TG进一步下降，与用药前比较P〈0．01，HDL—C虽有变化，但差异无统计学意义。治疗前后AST、ALT和CK均无明显变化。结论阿托伐他汀联合应用依折麦布对高胆固醇血症患者有更好的降脂效果，并提高降脂达标率。

Clinical observation of atorvastation combined with Ezetimibe

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastation combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of patients with serious hypercholesterolemia. Methods After all the 42 patients with serious hypercholesterolemia have taken atorvastation, the cases whose LDL-C did not reach the target would take with ezetimibe, then ob- serverd the serum lipid level after 12 weeks were observed and the level of AST, ALT and CK was measured to- gether. Results There was a significantly decline of TC, LDL-C, TG in all the patients after taking atorvastation, and there was a marked increase of HDL-C（P〈0.01 ）. Levels of TC and LDL-C declined further in group combining with ezetimib （P〈0.01）, and levels of TG and HDL-C was no siginificant difference. There was no marked change of AST, ALT and CK before and after treatment. Conclusion Combination of Atorvastation and ezetimibe shows a better declined effect to serum lipid in patients with hypercholesterolemia, and it can increase the achievement ratio of lowing lipids.
