摘    要:急性肺损伤肺泡上皮钠通道、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶、肺水通道主动转运系统在肺泡液体清除中起主要作用;肺泡上皮钠水主动转运机制与丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号转导途径密切相关.

Abstract:Sodium channel,Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme and aquaporin of alveolar cells play a key role in alveolar liquid clearance of acute lung injury.The mechanisms of aquaporin and sodium active transport in alveolar cells relate closely with mitogen-activated protein kinase signal transduction pathway.
