田径运动员心缩间期的研究

摘    要:<正> 近年来在运动医学领域中,心缩间期(STI)被认为是评定运动员心脏功能状况的指标之一。为了进一步探讨STI对于评定田径运动员的心脏功能状况的意义,我们进行了下列研究。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investagate the meaning of systolic time intervals (STI) in evaluating cardiac functional condition of athletes.1. STI and step test were examined on 13 sprinters, 8 jumpers, 5 throwers and 5 distance runners during early, middle and the last phases in summer training season.No significant changes of the left ventricular ejection time (LVET), the pre-ejection period (PEP) and PEP/LVET ratio were found from examinations on athletes in the three different phases.The cases were divided into two groups of PEP/LVET ratio increased more than 0.05 (N=8) and PEP/LVET ratio decreased more than 0.05 (N=10) by the different of PEP/LVET ratio between linked phases examinations. Athough two of PEP/LVET ratio of each group were different evidently (P<0.001), two of the recovery heart rate and the pulse and mean blood prussure product of each group were of almost no changes after step test.According to above results we believed that these changes of two rest STI which examined after long period of time (more than one month) were not the reliable parameters in evaluating the?cardiac functional condition of athletes during summer training season.2. STI of 12 male long distance runners (LDR) and 9 male jump events athletes (JR) were examined before and after (18—20 hours) national competition.In progressive group of LDR (N=6) and JR (N=4), PEP prolonged, LVET shortened and PEP/LVET ratio increased slightly respectively after competition. But in the not progressive group of LDR (N=6) LVET shortened and PEP/LVET ratio increased manifestly (P<0.005, P<0.05) after competition, these changes showed that the cardiac functional condition of athletes declined. There were almost no changes of STI in not progressive gioup of JR (N=5) after competition, and their heart rate and pulse pressure also decreased, these findings showed that there were no active stress response to the competition in this group.According to above results we suggested that the changes of STI after high intensive exercise can be used as a measurement to evaluate the cardiac functional condition of athletes.
