| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病的治疗方法,以指导临床诊疗。方法选取91例2型糖尿病患者,分为两组,观察组50例,应用门冬胰岛素30及二甲双胍治疗;对照组41例,单纯应用门冬胰岛素30治疗。结果两组均能很好的控制血糖,观察组治疗4周门冬胰岛素30的用药量明显低于对照组。结论2型糖尿病患者应用门冬胰岛素30与二甲双胍联合控制血糖,效果理想,适于临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment methods of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 91 cases were divided into two groups.The experimental group(50 cases) was treated by NovoRapid 30 FlexPen and Metformin.The control group(41 cases) was treated by NovoRapid 30 Flexpen alone.Results All patients were satisfied after the treatment.The drug dosage of NovoRapid FlexPen was significantly lower in experimental group than that in the other group.Conclusions Treatment of NovoRapid 30 FlexPen and metformin is worthy of being recommended in treating patients with type 2 diabetes. |
