阑尾切除术预防切口感染的手术操作技巧

目的:探讨阑尾切除术切口保护及无菌操作,防止切口感染。方法:使用本科新的技巧方法,包括严密保护切口和防止脓液扩散的标准化多步措施,自1999年7月至2007年12月实施阑尾切除术627例。结果:阑尾周围脓肿51例;坏疽阑尾炎69例并穿孔28例;急性化脓性阑尾炎422例并穿孔113例;急性弥漫性腹膜炎179例;急性单纯性阑尾炎21例;慢性阑尾炎64例。仅1例切口感染,其余全部甲级愈合,切口感染率0.16%,与文献资料比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:注意切口保护及严格无菌操作是预防切口感染的关键。

Operative Skill of Preventing Appendectomy Incisional Infection

Objective:To evaluated our method for preventing incisional wound's infection of appendectomy.Methods:Using our special methods on 627 appendectomy,which including multi-step to cover the incision and to prevent pus's suffusion.Results:The patients included periappendiceal abscess 51 cases;gangrene appendicitis 69 cases with 28 cases perforated;acute suppurative appendicitis 422 cases with 113 cases perforated;acute diffuse peritonitis 179 cases;acute simple appendicitis 21 cases;chronic appendicitis 64 cases.The incision of all cases were the first rate cicatrization except 1 infected.The total infectious rate were 0.16% which were significantly lower than former reports.Conclusions:The key of preventing incisional infection of appendectomy were fully covered the incision and strict aseptic technique.
