Abstract:
Using histological methods and transmission electron microscopy differences in architecture of lymphatic vessel wall between newborn and 2 months old pigs were established. The number of free ribosomes and polysomes is smaller and that of pinocytotic vesicles is higher in 2 months pigs. Contacts between endotheliocytes are presented in three types. Smooth myocytes are specified for contracting: the majority of cytoplasm contains microfilament bundles, dense bodies, great number of pinocytotic vesicles are present. In lymphatics external coat collagen fibril bundles are thicker than in that of newborns and the number of nerve fibres is higher.
