慢性肺原性心脏病血液流变学观察

本文报道50例男性慢性支气管炎并肺气肿、肺心病患者血液流变学的变化。结果:肺心病心衰组全血粘度、高切变率及低切变率红细胞压积、血色素明显升高;肺气肿组最低,血浆粘度无明显差异;肺心组介于二者之间通过17例患者加用活血化淤药物的治疗,对比治疗前后血液流变学变化,发现:全血粘度、高切变率及低切变率、红细胞压积等明显降低,P_(?)O_2显著升高。

The Observation of Hemorheology in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

The hemorgoological changes of 50 cases of chronic bronchitis complicated with emphysema and cot pulmonale were observed. The high and low rates of shear of blood viscosity, hematocrit and hemoglobin concentration were seen increased significantly in patients of cor pulmonale with heart failure, the lowestisin those of emphysema; All measurements of the patients of cor pulmonale without heart failure were between the above two groups There was no significant difference in plasma viscosity. 17 of these patients were compared before and after treatment with the drugs invigorating the circulation and eliminating the blood stasis, including dextranum, persantine heparinum and salviae miltiorrhizae composita. After treatment, The shear rates of blood viscosity, hamatocrit decreased obviously. It showed these drugs improved the sings of high blood viscosity in these patients.
