高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效观察

目的 探讨高压氧（HBO）对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病（HIE）的疗效。方法将60例中重度HIE患儿随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）和高压氧治疗组（治疗组），每组均30例。两组均给予常规支持及对症治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果经高压氧治疗后，HIE患儿治疗组的中重度的总有效率分别为78．6％和56．3％，对照组的中重度的总有效率分别为46．7％和33．3％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论高压氧治疗HIE疗效好，安全性好，值得临床研究并推广。

The Observation of Curative Effect of the Hyperbaric Oxygen in Treatment of the Neonate Hypoxic Iischemic Encephalopathy

Objective To study the effection of the hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） in treatment of the neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）. Methods 60 moderate and severe HIE patienes were randomly divided into the normal treated group （the control group）and the HBO treated group（ the treatment group） ,each group were 30 persons. Both groups were received routine treatment,while the treatment group on the base of the routine treatment added to be treated with HBO. Results After the treatment of the hyperbaric oxygen, The obvious effective rate of the newborns with moderate and severe HIE in the treatment group were 78.6% and 56.3% , and the control group wre 46.7% and 33.3% , it had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effection and the salty of the hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of neonate hypoxie ischemie encephalopathy was good, it was worth studying and being extended clinically.
