调经化瘀丸质量标准研究

目的建立调经化瘀丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对香附、当归、川芎进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法测定赤芍中芍药苷,YMC-Pack ODS-A色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,乙腈-0.1%磷酸（14∶86）为流动相,检测波长为230 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰、分离度好、阴性无干扰。芍药苷在0.15～1.50μg范围线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.4%,RSD=1.1%。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确,重复性好,可有效控制调经化瘀丸的质量。

Quality Standard of Tiaojinghuayu Pill

Objective To set up the quality standard for Jubanzhizhu Pill.Methods Rhizoma cyperi,Radix angelicae and Rhizoma chuanxiong were identified by TLC.The content of paeoniflorin in Tiaojinghuayu Pill was determined by HPLC.YMC-Pack ODS-A column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(14∶86).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The dectecting wavelength was 230 nm.Results The spots on TLC plates were clear,well-separated,without interference of negative sample.Paeoniflorin showed a linear relationship within the range of 0.15-1.50 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 96.4%,and RSD=1.1%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,feasible,accurate and reproducible.It can be used to improve the quality standard of Jubanzhizhu Pill.
