牙疼口含滴丸制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的通过正交设计优化牙疼口含滴丸的制备工艺。方法从基质配比、药物与基质配比、冷却剂、滴距、滴速的选择和温度的确定等方面探索牙疼口含滴丸的制备方法,并利用正交设计优选滴丸成型工艺。结果优选的制备工艺条件:以PEG6000-PEG4000(1∶2)为基质,药物与基质配比为1∶2,药液温度为60℃,滴距4~7 cm,滴速为40滴/min,以液体石蜡为冷却液,冷却剂温度为5℃。结论本工艺简单可靠,稳定性与重复性均好,符合药典要求。

Abstract:Objective To find the best preparation process of sublingual dropping pills of treating toothache by orthogonal design.Methods The preparation process of the sublingual dropping pills of treating toothache was optimized by studying matrix ratio,ratio of drug and matrix,coolant,dropping distance,dripping speed and temperature,etc.Results The best preparation process was as follows:the matrix was PEG6000-PEG4000(1∶2),the ratio of rug and matrix was 1∶2,the liquid temperature was 60 ℃,drops from 4-7 cm,40 drops/min,with liquid paraffin as the coolant,and the temperature was 5 ℃.Conclusion The preparation process of sublingual dropping pills of treating toothache is simple and reliable.It has good stability and reproducibility,and meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia.
