| 摘 要： | 目的了解甘肃省农村不同级别医疗卫生机构门诊与住院疾病情况,为促进农村卫生工作提供依据。方法在"甘肃省农村卫生适宜技术推广示范研究"项目试点县选择4个县级医疗机构、2个乡镇卫生院和4个村卫生室,由培训合格的调查员对门诊和住院服务的相关情况进行现场调查,资料整理后输入SPSS数据库分析。结果农村门诊常见病是急、慢性胃肠炎、急性鼻咽炎、女性生殖器官疾病和咽、喉、扁桃体、气管炎等;住院常见疾病是骨折、正常分娩、脑血管病、子宫良性肿瘤、胆石症和胆囊炎、阑尾疾病、肺炎等。结论针对各级医疗机构诊疗疾病构成,重点加强相关科室技术力量,优化配置医疗资源。 |
