| 摘 要： | 目的:对比抗菌药物专项整治前后的临床应用情况。方法:综述近年来抗菌药物的使用现状及卫生部出台的重要监管政策,以及专项整治后各地的效果对比分析。结果:经抗菌药物专项整治后,各地的抗菌药物临床不合理应用情况均得到改善,但还未能达到整治要求,需进一步加强实施与监督。结论:抗菌药物专项整治活动取得成效,临床药师对促进抗菌药物合理使用责无旁贷。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical uses of antibiotics pre and post special treatment.Methods:The actual use of antibiotics and some important supervisory policies unveiled in our country were reviewed,and a comparative analysis of the effects after special treatment with antibiotics was showed.Results:The status of irrational use of antibiotics in some hospital were improved after special treatment,but it did not meet the requirements of the Chinese Ministry of Health.Because of this,we must further strengthen the implementation of supervision.Conclusion:Better effects were achieved through special treatment with antibiotics to improve the level of rational use of antibiotics.This is the unavoidable duty of each clinical pharmacist. |
