| 摘 要： | 应用肾实质原位钝性撑开术治疗肾结石24例,获满意效果,与传统肾盂或肾实质切开取石等手术方法比较,有定位准确、无盲目性、取石容易、取净率高、损伤小、出血少、对肾功能影响小、安全等优点。术后随访半年至5年无1例复发。 |

| Abstract: | This paper describes the blunt open operation in the original place in the renal parenchyma in treating 24 cases of nephrolithiasis. All of the operations were performed with good results. Compared with such traditional methods as nephrolithotomy and pyelolithotomy, this kind of operation has many advantages, such as judging the site of stones correctly, taking away stones easily, slight injury, little bleeding, little influence upon renal functions, few complications and so on. After half to 5 years, follow-up surveys were made and none of the patients recurred. |
