| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高血压合并糖尿病对心肌细胞结构及心功能的影响. 方法:实验动物随机分为4组:对照组、自发性高血压(SH)组、糖尿病(DM)组和自发性高血压合并糖尿病(SHDM)组,每组各6只.SD大鼠和SH大鼠腹腔分别注射链脲佐菌素(STZ),结合高热量饲料喂养,复制DM和SHDM模型.16周后进行有创心功能检测及心肌细胞病理学检查. 结果:SHDM组大鼠心肌细胞排列紊乱,细胞间隙减少,部分细胞变性坏死,并且有较多损伤的线粒体.SH组、DM组和SHDM组左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)较对照组显著增高(P＜0.01),DM组和SHDM组左心室压力上升和下降最大速率( dp/dtMax 、 -dp/dtMax)与对照组和SH组比较显著降低(P＜0.01),而且SHDM组 dp/dtMax 和-dp/dtMax显著低于DM组(P＜0.01). 结论:高血压合并糖尿病对心肌细胞结构与心脏功能有严重的损害,且远大于单一疾病. |
