| 摘 要： | 目的:总结氦-氖激光血管内照射治疗脑梗塞患者的护理方法。方法:选择与激光针规格相匹配的静脉穿刺留置针,取前臂肘正中静脉或贵要静脉进行氦-氖激光治疗。结果:本组治愈8例,显效12例,有效14例,无效1例,有效率为97.1%。结论:氦-氖激光血管内照射配合药物治疗脑梗塞,可缩短疗程,减轻患者痛苦,且疗效显著,操作简单,无副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the nursing methods in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction by Heliu-Neon laser irradiation of internal blood vessel.Methods: The indwelling venipuncture needle which matched laser device was used to give Heliu-Neon laser blood vessel internal irradiation in median antebrachial vein or basilic vein.Results: Among 35 patients,8 patients were cured,12 patients apparently effective,14 patients effective,1 patient no effective.The effective rate was 97.1%.Conclusion: Heliu-Neon laser blood vessel internal irradiation combined with medication can shorten the therapeutic course and relieve distress of patients in the treatment of cerebral infarction,in addition the methods is simple and has no side-effects. |
