卵巢癌与宫颈癌放射治疗中CT诊断的临床应用价值研究

目的:探讨CT诊断在卵巢癌与宫颈癌放射治疗中的的应用价值;方法:选择卵巢癌患者40例、宫颈癌患者60例,分别进行CT诊断,比较CT检查分期与手术病例分期的差异;结果:卵巢癌患者CT检查结果显示,浆液性囊腺癌25例,卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤与库肯勃瘤各2例,粘液性囊腺癌9例,1例未检出,1例交界性囊腺癌。FIGO分期中I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、IV期分别为1、11、21、6例。宫颈癌CT检查结果显示,鳞癌、腺癌、腺鳞癌分别34、15、11例,FIGO分期中I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、IV期分别为2、15、20、21例。放射治疗前后患者CT分期结果与手术病理分期结果无明显差异(P>0.05);结论:CT检查能够有效的诊断卵巢癌与宫颈癌,并准确FIGO分期,为临床治疗方案的制定提供了依据。

Clinical application value of CT diagnosis in ovarian cancer and cervical cancer radiotherapy

Objective To investigate the value of CT diagnosis in ovarian cancer and cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods 40 patients with ovarian cancer and 60 patients with cervical cancer were selected for CT diagnosis.The differences between CT staging and surgical staging were compared.Results CT findings of ovarian cancer patients showed 25 cases of serous cystadenocarcinoma,ovarian immature teratoma and Kukenbo There were 2 cases of tumor,9 cases of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma,1 case was not detected,and 1 case was borderline cystic adenocarcinoma.Stages I,Ⅱ,Ⅲand IV of FIGO stage were 1,11,21,and 6 cases,respectively.The Results of CT examination of cervical cancer showed that there were 34,15 and 11 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma respectively.The phases I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and IV of FIGO stage were 2,15,20 and 21 cases,respectively.There was no significant difference between the CT staging Results and the surgical pathological staging Results before and after radiotherapy (P>0.05).Conclusion CT examination can effectively diagnose ovarian cancer and cervical cancer,and accurate FIGO staging,which provides a basis for the development of clinical treatment plan.
