摘    要:
由于左心耳解剖结构较为特殊,其功能及形态的评价对于临床房颤、血栓等疾病的诊断以及治疗具有重要意义。本文对经食管实时三维超声心动图应用于左心耳形态结构、功能评价中的价值进行阐述,分析当前临床超声技术发展现状。

Abstract:
Owing to the specificity of left auricular anatomical structure,the measurement of its function and morphology is of great importance to disease diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation and thrombus.In this paper,the appraisal value of real-time three-dimensional matrix transesophageal echocardiography (RT-3D TEE) on the left auricular morphological structure and function has been expounded;the development status of clinical ultrasonic technique is presented as well.
