| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区护理对高血压病患者自我保健意识和控制血压的作用。方法对入选社区112例高血压病患者,给予高血压知识指导、饮食保健指导和血压监测等社区护理。结果入选高血压病患者社区护理前后比较,对遵医行为和血压监测比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论社区护理对高血压病患者提高自我保健意识,建立遵医行为,从而有效控制血压,预防或减少并发症的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of community nursing on patients with hypertension. Methods The guidance in medical knowledge for hypertension in communities, instruction on diet conservancy and blood pressure monitoring were carried out in 112 patients with hypertension in this community. Results The differences of blood pressure and obedience in medical behavior before and after community nursing in 112 patients with hypertension was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Community nursing could strengthen self-health care consciousness, and establish obedience in medical behavior in patients with hypertension, and actively control blood pressure, prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications. |
