| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察针刺治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病 (SAE)的疗效。方法 :将 5 7例SAE病人随机分为针刺组和对照组 (静点胞二磷胆碱 ) ,观察比较治疗前后的差异及组间差异。结果 :针刺组治疗前后差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,但与对照组之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :针刺能改善SAE病人的智能 ,对老年期痴呆是有效而可靠的治疗手段之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for Subcortical Arteriosclerotic Encephalopathy(SAE). Methods:57 Cases of SAE were divided into two group byrandom.One is acupuncture group and the other is control group (Cytidine diphosphate choline intravenous drip).Compared the difference beween the pre-and post therapy and the difference between the two groups.Results: In the acupuncture group there was an obvious difference between the pre-and after acupuncture (P<0.001),but the difference between acupuncture group and control group was not obvious (P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the intelligence of SAE patients .It is one of the effective therapeutic means for senile dementia. |
