| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化是多种心脑血管疾病的基础，其本质是一种慢性炎症性疾病。大量研究表明：免疫调节分子CD40L与其受体的相应结合在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展及斑块破裂等诸多环节中发挥着重要作用。CD40L通过与其主要受体CD40及其他新近发现的受体结合，对脉管系统的不同细胞发挥各种生物学作用，可能成为防治心血管疾病的重要靶点。 |

| Abstract: | Atherosclerosis is one of the critical reasons for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,and it is actually a chronic inflammatory disease. A large number of researches demonstrated that an immunological molecule termed CD40 I.igand （CD40L） played an important role in the occurrence, development and plaque rupture of atherosclerosis by binding to its main receptor-CD40 and other newly identified receptors. Their bindings can exhibite various biological roles in different cells of the vascular system. The CD40L system may be an important target for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. |
