甘氨双唑钠对中晚期鼻咽癌放射治疗增敏作用的护理

摘    要:目的:探讨甘氨双唑钠对中晚期鼻咽癌放射治疗增敏作用时期的护理。方法:对24例确诊T2-3N2-3Mo鼻咽癌患者进行甘氨双唑钠放射增敏治疗,治疗同时予相应的健康教育及有针对性的心理护理、放疗中的用药护理、对各种急性毒副反应进行及时有效的护理。结果:本组无明显皮肤黏膜反应,3例出现肝功能轻度异常,1例出现心电图改变,经对症处理后好转,未发现严重毒性反应,全部顺利完成放疗出院,未发生护理并发症。结论:放疗合并使用甘氨双唑钠可以提高中晚期鼻咽癌近期疗效,科学的做好放疗期护理,是提高治疗成功率、减少不良反应的重要保证。

Abstract:Objective: Probe into nursing of CMNa on middle and advance rhinopharyngocele redical therapy sensitivity-enhanced effect . Methods: 24 cases of confirmed T2-3N2-3M0 CMNa nasopharyngeal cancer patients with radiation-therapy treatment at the same time corresponding to the targeted health education and psychological care, radiotherapy treatment in the care of all kinds of acute toxicity of time effective care. Results: There was no clear mucous membrane of skin reaction, three cases appeared mildly abnormal liver function, one case of a change in electrocardiogram, the symptomatic improvement after treatment and found no serious toxic reactions, all of the successful completion of radiotherapy and discharged in care for complications. Conclusion: Radiotherapy combined CMNa can enhance the effect of the recent advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the scientific radiotherapy do a good job of care could improve the treatment success rate and reduce adverse reactions and an important guarantee.
