| 摘 要： | 该文以村卫生室综合优势指标为主线,从村卫生室综合优势指标与乡村两级卫生机构的市场份额、经济收益、管理状况、防保工作的开展状况、当地社会经济状况的相互关系五个角度研究乡村两级卫生机构之间关系,发现乡村两级卫生机构之间存在激烈竞争,而且是一种无序的恶性竞争,竞争中处于劣势的乡镇卫生院更加忽视防保工作. |

| Abstract: | This paper discuss the relationship between the village clinic comprehensive superiority index related with the marketing portion, profit, management, preventive function, and local social circumstance. The results show that the primary harmonious relationship between township hospitals and village clinics has turned into an out of order competition. Those township hospitals located at an inferior position in competition are inclined to absolutely neglect preventive function. |
