清热解毒散治疗免疫性不孕的临床疗效观察

目的：观察清热解毒散治疗免疫性不孕的临床疗效,并对其安全性进行评估。方法：将2012年5月至2012年12月间在我院因免疫性因素（抗精子抗体AsAb、抗卵巢抗体AovAb、抗子宫内膜抗体AEmAb、抗绒毛膜抗体AH．CG阳性）导致不孕就诊的患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组服用院内制剂清热解毒散（又名消抗散）,对照组服用西药醋酸泼尼松片、维生素C片及维生素E片。两组患者均治疗2个疗程（1个月为1疗程）,治疗期间均要求夫妇双方采用避孕套避孕,对两组患者抗体转阴率及妊娠结局进行对比分析。结果：治疗组抗体转阴率为82．5％,妊娠率为33．20％;对照组抗体转阴率为52．5％,妊娠率为11．35％,两组差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,服药期间两组患者均未反应有明显不适。结论：清热解毒散对于治疗免疫性不孕较西医有明显优势,且方便安全,病人无不良反应。

Observation of Qingrejiedu Powder in treating immune infertility

Objectives： To observe the clinical effect and evaluate the safety of Qingrejiedu Powder in treating immune in- fertility. Methods： Eighty immune infertility patients who were treated in the department of reproductive medicine of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM from May 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group took Qingrejiedu Powder, The control group took Prednisone Acetate, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Treatment in both groups lasted for two periods. During the treatment partners were required to use condoms, and to observe antibody negative rate and pregnant states before and after treatment for comparison. Results： In the treatment group, the antibody negative rate was 82.5%, and the pregnant rate was 33.20% ; in the control group, the antibody negative rate was 52.5% , and the pregnant rate was 11.35%. There were statistically significant differences between them. Two groups of patients reported no obvious discomfort during the medication. Conclusion： Qingrejiedu Powder has prominent advantage over western medicine in treating immune infertility, it is convenient and safe, and the patients have no discomfort.
